Are your Products Hospital Approved?

Yes, in theory. They are just as good as the gowns the hospital provides. In our biased opinion they are even better! We've never had a customer unable to wear their items. But please check with the hospital and your doctor if you are concerned. Also, be sure to choose the right options for your needs. If you have metal snaps in Radiology, then they won’t let you wear it during that part of your stay. If you need a telemetry pocket, but didn’t ask for one then most likely you will have to change for surgery. Really, it’s pretty simple and with just a few options you should have no worries. Is everything 100% cotton?

The important stuff is! Your gown and cap are made from 100% quilter quality, designer, cotton fabric. The thread, ties, and shoulder snaps aren’t 100% cotton in makeup, but shouldn’t limit your ability to wear at the hospital. Even your matching bag is made from this same high quality 100% cotton. Socks and blankets, not really. These are made of soft and cozy fabrics to keep you warm and comfortable. Can you bring these into the OR with you? Maybe. Maybe not. Just ask the staff once you are there. Even if they won’t let you have them during the actual surgery, you don’t really need them. When you wake up in post op you will have your comfort items back with you. 

What size should I order? Do they run big?

Yes…but that’s on purpose, promise. Gowns are made to be roomy. And hey, it’s better than the “one size fits all” tents the hospital gives you! But really, the gowns need to be big. Most importantly, the hospital staff needs to be able to maneuver around your gown. They need access to you to give you the right care. If in doubt, we recommend ordering the size up.

Feel Good Gown products are custom made for you! This means we don’t have many finished items just waiting to be shipped out. But we will begin your project as soon as we receive your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production on top of the time estimate for the shipping method you chose.
When you place an order,  based on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.                                                                                                                                        

We will be happy to take back any of your unused, unworn, and non customized items within 30 days of recieving your original order, for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

***Our gowns and caps are both custom and considered sanitary items.  Please understand that these are final sales.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
